Brief Background /History :

Advertising business was inherited by Adesh Agarwal & Rajesh Agarwal from their father Late Shri Shobharam F. Agarwal (S.R. Agarwal), who was Operating this business during:

1961-1981 (20 years) from Tardeo.

1981-1991 (10 years) from Fort.

This office was centrally located, around 600 sq.ft on main

D.N. Road, (Opp Thomas Cook near Fountain). This was a leased office.

1991-2003 till date (12 years) in Borivli.

Now we have 2 adjoining offices of 1000 sq.ft. area on ownership basis.

Though a small agency, we have been innovative/ Exceptional in some ways :

1. Could foresee a situation 12 years back, that distance will hardly matter with the immergence of Fax machines, Computerisation- Emails, Internet, digital transmission of materials etc… -shifted our office from Fort (a prime commercial location) to the suburbs (Borivli). Residence also shifted from Khar (W) to Borivli (E). Now we have no commuting hassles, no panting hassles, no waste of time. In last decade, so many companies / corporates have shifted from South Bombay to North Bombay.
2. Created an unconvention, creative, catchy appointment ad using Mahima Choudhary as  the model. This  was in 1995 that time appointment used to be simple. Not only that it was innovative it was also very cost effective. 
3. In 1993 our client Burgmann (India) promised his German counter part to get a P.R. with Press Releases containing pictures of both MDs signs the contract. While the bigger agencies could not handle this, we surpassed the client’s expectations. Not only that the Press Releases appeared with pictures they were so beautifully organized that which all the ads in all India V/I’s appeared  on a particular Monday i.e. 29^th Nov 1993. Most of the PR appeared on Saturday i.e. 27^th Nov 1993.
4. In 1997 we did a Mobile Glow sign for a Mineral Water Company called Lenishna Mineral Water which was 11 feet x 4 ½ feet mounted on both sides of a Tata Truck with 25 Tube lights inside. Its only recently that others have come up with Mobile Hoardings.
5. In 1997 again, we organized a Press Conference  to interview the MD of India’s Biggest Car Manufacturing Company, Mr. Jagdish Khattar, for our client Auto Land India. India ’s Biggest Maruti Authorized Service Centre. This was a Breaking News. This PR exercise generated a tremendous exposure as the induction of Shri Jagdish Khattar as the new MD of Maruti was a breaking news. For the same client in 1998 we organized a special slot/ a mast head of Automobiles in TOI sponsored by Auto Land which used to appear the beginning of the classified pages of TOI for 2 to 3 years.
6. From 1985 to 1990 for our Advance FRP Cooling towers Client –India ’s no.1 FRP  cooling Towers Company, we blocked pg.3 continuously 15 years in India’s best Industrial Magazine IPF against much objection from other agencies, IPF’s other branches and other companies. This sort of exposure helped the client to grow in leaps and bounds in  terms of brand building & sales.
